LM Security Complaints Procedures

  • Complaints can come from members of the general public, the customer (the venue) other LM Security staff or a third party. 
  • LM Security take all complaints seriously and will investigate fully all complaints in depth.
  • Ask the client or member of the public to try to resolve their issues informally.
  • Raise all complaints through the ‘Complaints Form’ on this website
  • If you wish to make a complaint, please do so within 48 hours of the incident occurring.
  • If you are the subject of a complaint, or a witness, we expect you to play a full part in the investigation of the complaint.
