LM Security Complaints Procedures
Complaints can come from members of the general public, the customer (the venue) other LM Security staff or a third party.
LM Security take all complaints seriously and will investigate fully all complaints in depth.
Ask the client or member of the public to try to resolve their issues informally.
Raise all complaints through the ‘Complaints Form’ on this website
If you wish to make a complaint, please do so within 48 hours of the incident occurring.
If you are the subject of a complaint, or a witness, we expect you to play a full part in the investigation of the complaint.
